the Stoopid Good Waffle!

Introducing: THE “Waffle “made by STOOPID GOOD FOOD! 20140116-084709.jpg Many of you have seen me post a lot about this “stoopid” good Waffle- well, I finally got around to writing about this awesome creation and how you can be a part of it as well!!

BACKGROUND:

Charlene, a former professional athlete turned fitness chef,  food and fitness inventor, is the creative mind behind Stoopid Good Food Productions and ROP.  Her background in studying food dates back 12 years when she was living overseas, playing basketball and had to learn how to cook. Eventually, after the discovery of her own food intolerances she began to create food to fit a growing niche of food intolerances and allergies, Diabetes, and hypertension right here in the heart of Knoxville, Tennessee.

This high protein snack, above and below, keeps you feeling full yet provides a healthy and nutritious recovery tool. I use the waffle on the go, in between workouts, or as a large post-workout meal replacement- paired with EAS muscle recovering shakes.

The versatility of the waffle is also exciting as you can use the waffle as a base for many fun and healthy meals or dessert alternatives! Below Charlene makes her famous Gluten- Free Pizza’s with the base of the crust being the waffle.

DESSERT: Ice Cream Waffle Sandwich

An easy pre-made dessert I love to make in our house. The “ice cream” being the combination of bananas, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and 2 scoops of EAS vanilla Lean Protein Powder. Spreading Almond Butter on the inside of both waffles, scoop “ice cream” into the middle of the waffle, cut into pieces, and freeze until ready to eat! Let stand for 10-15 minutes before you’re ready to enjoy this yummy high protein treat!
